The moon and some Stargazing tips!

The moon!

First I just want to share with you a photo that I took of the moon:

I took it on the 26/2/21 when it was A  full moon and it was shining very     `bright.

Some stargazing tips!

  1. Try and find a dark spot not by to many street lights if you live in a city. I have one right outside my garden which is not ideal.
  2. If you are looking at something and it is quite low in the sky, wait till later to get a proper look.
  3. Always wrap up warm so you can stay out as long as you want
  4. Lost of people don't have a telescope but binoculars are good to use too so if you have some at home they are a good idea to try
  5. If you have just seen 1 or 2 stars out of the window and are curious to know what they are the apps: 'Star guide' and 'star walk' are great apps to try
  6. If you tend to stargaze a lot then it's a nice idea to record your sightings every time so you can look back and see what you saw
  7. Most of all, have fun with it!

Bye!
