Venus
It is the 2nd planet from the sun and is so fascinating!
Although earth and Venus can be known as sister planets some of their features aren't so similar.
Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system. Not only would you boil if you stood on its surface but you would be crushed down by the pressure and, be poisoned by it's carbon dioxide atmosphere!
After the moon, Venus is the brightest object in the night sky but even through telescopes you can't see it's surface. This is because it has a thick unbroken cloud cover.
On its surface you can find sand dunes, dormant volcanoes ancient lava plains and lots of other things.
Venus was named after the roman god of love and beauty and it has no none moons.
