Earth!
The Earth formed 4.6 billion years ago and it is a very unique planet as almost two-thirds of it is covered in liquid water. It has a thin atmosphere full of oxygen we breathe but it also acts as a shield from the sun's heat.
It's diameter is 12,756km and it orbits the sun every 365 days (years basically).
It rotates on it's axis every 23.9 hours (a day basically)
And of course it only has 1 known moon which I have done a post about. You can access it either on my blog site or just click- here!
From space it can be referred to as a blue marble because of its amazing oceans of liquid water. Scientists think it was brought here by ice comets and meteoroids from the outer Solar System.
