Uranus
Hello! Today I am going to tell you some facts about this planet- Uranus!
1) Uranus is a Ice giant.
2) Its is the second to last planet in our solar system.
3) Uranus is the 3rd largest planet in our solar system!
4) Uranus is named after the Greek name of the Sumerian god Anu, the god of the sky
5) It has 27 known moons and they are all named after characters from the works of Shakespeare and Alexander pope!
6) Uranus is covered in blue clouds of methane
7) It has 13 rings
8) Uranus was discovered in 1781
9) The lowest clouds on Uranus are thought to be frozen water
10) There are around 43,000 Uranian days in 1 Uranian year!
